The Spirit Will Speak in Us
When we are spiritually free, we do not have to worry about what to say or do in unexpected, difficult circumstances.
When we are not concerned about what others think of us or what we will get for what we do, the right words and actions will emerge from the centre of our beings because the Spirit of God, who make us children of God and sets us free, will speak and act through us.
Jesus says: "When you are handed over, do not worry about how to speak or what to say; what you are to say will be given to you when the time comes, because it is not you who will be speaking; the Spirit of your Father will be speaking in you" (Matthew 10:19-20).
Let's keep trusting the Spirit of God living within us, so that we can live freely in a world that keeps handing us over to judges and eval!uators.
성령께서 우리 안에서 말씀하심
우리가 영적으로 얽매임이 없을 때, 예상치 못한 어려운 상황에서 무엇을 말하고 무엇을 해야 할지 걱정할 필요가 없습니다.
다른 사람들이 우리를 어떻게 생각할지, 또는 우리가 무언가를 하면 어떤 것을 얻을 수 있을지에 대해서 골몰하지 않을 때, 적절한 말과 행동이 우리 존재의 중심에서 나타나게 되는데, 그 것은 우리를 자녀 삼으시고 자유롭게 하시는 하나님의 성령께서 우리를 통하여 말씀하시고 행동하실 것이기 때문입니다.
예수께서는 말씀하십니다: “너희들이 다른 사람들의 손에 넘겨질 때에, 어떻게 말하고 무엇을 이야기해야할지 염려하지 말아라; 때가 되면 너희가 마땅히 말해야할 것을 가르쳐 주실 것인데, 그 때 말씀하고 계실 분은 너희가 아니다; 너희 아버지의 성령께서 너희 안에서 말씀하고 계실 것이다.”(마태 10:19-20)
재판하고 평가하는 사람들에게 우리를 넘겨주기를 계속하는 이 세상에서 거리낌 없이 살 수 있기 위해서는 우리 안에 계시는 하나님의 성령에 대한 믿음을 항상 간직하고 있어야 합니다.
