What are spiritual questions?
They are questions from above.
Most questions people ask of Jesus are questions from below, such as the question about which of a woman's seven husbands she will be married to in the resurrection.
Jesus does not answer this question because it comes from a legalistic mind-set.
It is question from below.
Often Jesus responds by changing this question.
In the case of the woman with seven husbands he says:"...at the resurrection men and women do not marry... have you never read what God himself said to you: 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Issac and the God of Jacob?' He is God not of the dead but of the living" (Matthew22:23-30).
We have to keep looking for the spritual questions if we want spiritual answers.
위로부터 오는 물음
영적인 물음은 어떤 것일까요?
그 것은 위로부터 오는 물음입니다.
사람들이 예수께 물어보는 대부분의 물음은 아래로부터 오는 물음, 말하자면 ‘일곱 명의 남편이 있는 여자는 부활할 때 누구의 아내일 것인가’ 와 같은 그런 것에 관한 물음입니다.
그 물음은 율법주의(형식주의)적인 마음가짐에서 나오는 것이었기에 예수께서는 대답하지 않으셨습니다.
그 것은 아래로부터 오는 물음입니다.
종종 예수께서는 이러한 물음을 바꿔서 대답하십니다.
일곱 명의 남편이 있는 여자의 경우에 예수께서는 “부활할 때는 남자도 여자도 결혼하지 않는다... 하나님 스스로 너희에게 ‘나는 아브라함의 하나님, 이삭의 하나님, 그리고 야곱의 하나님이다’말씀하신 것을 읽어보지 못했느냐? 하나님은 죽은 자들의 하나님이 아니라 살아있는 자들의 하나님이다(마태 22:23-30)” 하고 말씀하셨습니다.
영적인 대답을 원한다면 영적인 물음을 찾는 일을 계속해야 합니다.
우리도 그런 질문을 많이 하지 않나요? "이순신 장군은 천당 갔을까 지옥 갔을까?" 이 질문도 사두개인들의 질문처럼 이미 우리가 답을 가지고 있죠... 우리가 내린 답...
